Install Kit Type: Master (Complete)

This install kit is for Jeep XJ, Grand Cherokee, and TJ (Non-Rubicon) front Dana 30 crush sleeve, short pinion axles.

This kit includes 3/8" ring gear bolts, however, '03-'06 Jeep TJ Non-Rubicon axles used 7/16" bolts.

To install '03-'06 OEM Jeep TJ gears, you will need to add 7/16" ring gear bolts.

To install aftermarket gears on an '03-'06 OEM Jeep TJ differential, you will need to add 3/8" bolt spacers.


Yukon differential master overhaul kits for the Dana Spicer 30 short pinion front axle contain everything you need to rebuild your differential housing, install new ring and pinion gears, or install a differential locker into your axle. Each kit includes all of the necessary bearings, seals, shims, ring gear bolts, pinion nuts, crush sleeves, oil baffles and/or slingers, thread locking compound, gear marking compound, differential cover seals and any other parts your particular axle requires for an easy and accurate installation.
