RCV Ultimate 300M CV Axle Shafts are full race series axles made from 300M alloy that is even stronger than the 4340 chromoly used in RCV's Ultimate CV series shafts. They are rated for oversize tires, super high horsepower engines, and extremely aggressive driving, all of which are still covered by RCV's unprecedented limited lifetime warranty. This kit includes right and left side CV axle shafts, SST seals and installation tool (for exposed knuckle axles), installation instructions, synthetic moly grease, and installation hardware. Black oxide coating is standard with nickel plating available for extra corrosion at an additional cost. RCV axles are highly recommended by Filthy Motorsports and almost all of our Ultra4 racers, desert racers, and rock bouncers run them.


Maximum Strength At All Angles
RCV 300M series CV axle shafts feature 300M housings, and axle shafts with 4340 chromoly bearings cages, inner races that are even stronger than standard RCV 4340 shafts which have been proven in tests to be twice as strong as OEM axles. Even more impressive is that they maintain their strength all the way up to 45 degrees where u-joints are at their weakest point.

Constant Output Shaft Speed
The weak link in u-joints axle shafts is that they bind when the angle between the input and output shafts increases which causes the speed of the output shaft to change multiple times during every rotation. This weakness is further exaggerated when you add large tires and more power. RCV has solved these problems with a Rzeppa style CV joint that spreads the torque load over six bearings in a housing that keeps both input and output shafts at equal angles for constant shaft speeds up to an astonishing 45 degrees.

Built To Perform, Built to Last
RCV 300M CV Axles are engineered to be that last axle shafts you will ever need. In addition to their constant velocity design that spreads torque over 6 internal bearings, RCV axles feature 300M shafts and housings with 4340 chromoly bearing cages and inner races. They are fully black zinc coated to prevent corrosion and the internals are REM polished for decreased wear and smoother movement. An external Zerk fitting makes for easy lubrication and the design itself requires less frequent maintenance.
