AxleTech Bolt-On Portal Axle Conversions are not only designed to give you almost 5 inches of added lift and ground clearance, they are built tough to withstand the abuses of off-road driving and have proven themselves at numerous rock crawling competitions and even at the King of the Hammers. Their extra wide gears, ductile iron case, and 4 gear design offer enough strength to support the biggest full size Ford and GM trucks with ease. The proprietary and patent pending 4 gear design is non-reverse rotation so no additional drivetrain modifications are required and the built-in 1.5 to 1 gear reduction ratio increases torque at the wheels and offsets the effects of running larger tires.

Easy Bolt-On Installation
The best part about AxleTech's Portal Conversion Kits is that they are extremely easy to install. While rear axle applications do require an adapter plate to be welded to the axle housing, the rest of the installation process is a bolt-on procedure and can be completed in a matter of hours. All of the necessary components, hardware, and detailed instructions are included and all kits are backed by AxleTech's worldwide parts and service support.

Available AxleTech Portal Conversion Applications
At the moment, portal axle conversions are available for full-size Ford F350 and F350 Superduty trucks with Dana 60 front axles and Sterling 10.25"/10.5" rear axles and full-size GM Trucks equipped with Dana 60 front axles and Corporate 14 Bolt rear axles. Kits are also available for individual Dana 60, Sterling, and 14 Bolt axles for custom applications.
